COMPETITION REGULATIONS
APPLICATION STAGE
From July 1, 2021, the registration of contestants begins. Filling out the Registration Form will be available on the website www.digitalrussia.tech All applications will be processed, each participant in the competition, subject to formal requirements, will be allowed to participate in the competitive tests.
FIRST REMOTE CONTEST STAGE
Starting July 1, 2021, contestants will have access to the first assessment event: passing a test exam for erudition and the quality of knowledge in the field of digital technologies on the site of the competition operator of the National Center for Certification of Managers www.ncsu.ru
FIRST STAGE WINNERS
According to the results of the first stage of the competition, the winners with the maximum test result will be selected, for whom further competitive tests will be open. For the top 10 contestants-winners of the first stage, who passed the test with the highest possible result, further competitive tests will not be conducted and they will be announced as winners.
SECOND REMOTE COMPETITION STAGE
Starting August 1, 2021, access to the second competition task for writing a control essay on a given topic will open. A personal task will be sent to each contestant. Assignments will not be repeated, essay topics are not disclosed.
SECOND STAGE WINNERS
According to the results of the first and second stages, the winners with the maximum test result will be selected, for whom further competitive tests will be open in the Final of the competition. Following the results of the second stage of the competition, 20 winners will be selected with the most original result, for which further competitive tests will not be conducted and they will be declared winners.
FINAL: ORIGINAL STAGE OF THE COMPETITION IN SKOLKOVO TECHNOPARK
